Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds
1.1 Returns : We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of purchase.
1.2 Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
1.3 Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
1.4 Refund Method : If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations
2.1 Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, our usual refund policy applies.
2.2 Cancellations Process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number as soon as possible.
Exchanges
3.1 Exchange Policy: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
